Ivan Vazquez

Ivan Vazquez graduated cum laude in economics from Harvard before building a career at the intersection of finance and the consumer world — from Barclays and Blackstone to Candlestick Capital Management, where he served as a hedge fund analyst investing in public consumer and fashion companies.

In that role, Ivan spent years in regular dialogue with management teams behind some of the most culturally relevant brands in the world — On Running, Abercrombie & Fitch, Adidas, Gucci, and more — evaluating their strategies for driving sales growth, igniting brand heat, and VIP community building. A constant theme, from CEOs and CFOs alike, was a striving for efficient marketing spend with a clearly positive, quantifiable ROI.

Ivan co-founded Après Soho after identifying a clear gap in the marketplace — the luxury trunk show format has not been leveraged towards wider, aspirational retail despite being one of the most powerful marketing engines available to any retail brand. A single evening operates as both a top and bottom-of-funnel marketing driver; seeing vastly higher conversion with guests spending multiples more than during a typical retail day while generating organic social media and curated brand content that fuels engagement for months to come.

He brings that investor's lens to every client relationship and planned activation, translating marketing initiatives into language that brand leadership responds to.

Amy Wang

Before founding Après, she was on the floor. A working Wilhelmina model with credits at Louis Vuitton, Ferragamo, Balmain, and Oscar de la Renta, she spent seasons attending and working luxury trunk shows — not as a guest, but as part of the production. She watched how a curated evening transforms a retail floor, how a live model closes a sale that a mannequin cannot, and how the right room of people, assembled with intention, creates an excitement and loyalty that no ad spend can manufacture.

That access built something most in-house marketing teams can't replicate: a direct network of models, influencers, photographers, and creatives she now activates for every Après production. From initial brand outreach through event planning, on-site execution, and delivering post-event reports with quantifiable content and sales metrics, every component is handled in-house through relationships built over years inside the industry.

Prior to Après she co-founded two ventures — one producing multiple full-service events, including a flagship evening that drew 300+ influencer RSVPs and generated millions of social media impressions, along with a film premiere operated on a $100K production budget. She is currently on a gap semester from her B.S. in Marketing at NYU Stern to build Après full time.
